Had what's amounted to (hopefully) my last appointment at the orthopod's office. Jen, the Physician's assistant, checked things over one last time yesterday afternoon. She was impressed with my range of motion, my relatively low pain levels and reassured me that my strength was probably better than I thought it was and that it would gradually get better with daily use. Said I could expect small amounts of pain for up to six months to a year during damp weather or if I overdid things too much.
That being said...
I was given a "Clean bill of health." Everything is as it should be or better and she's pleased with how much I've gotten back already. No more orthopod follow-ups unless I deem them necessary for some reason.
YAY!! I AM SO STOKED!!
