Looks perfectly appropriate to me, particularly considering it at least reaches your knees. Things might be different up in Wisconsin, but these days, even down here in Texas I think only the most prudish of conservatives would still raise a stink at the sight of a woman's lower legs, particularly if said gams are clad in hose.
