One class down! I just submitted my last paper for social science research methods! Thank God it was only an 8 week long class! I don't think I could've taken much more of that class. The subject matter was totally dry, of course, being research methods. The book the prof. picked for the class was British and was quite difficult to understand on occasion. And the prof. was a total airhead, albeit a nice airhead.;) Regardless, it's DONE!
This coming week is spring break, and during this break I'll be writing a paper for women's history, a commentary for soc. theory, and a proposal type paper for life history interviewing for my final assignment. I gotta get my 'library skills' requirement done, which is an in library computer exercize thing. And I'll be trying to squeeze as many hours as humanly possible at P & P towards my internship. Non school activities include taking the Saturn in for an overdue oil change, perhaps helping Doug take the cats to the vet, laundry (ack) and random sorts of house cleaning stuff I've been ignoring since the beginning of the semester. And hopefully some FUN reading for a change--just bought two new true crime novels at the grocery store!
Just think, only 8 weeks til graduation! There is a light at the end of the tunnel!
